Providing independent strategic advice to asset managers and fund platforms
Managing Director, Holly Mackay has spent over 10 years working for a number of leading players in the financial services industry, with a focus on asset management and wealth management solutions. She has gained experience in the Australian, UK, European and, most recently, Indian financial services markets.
HM Consulting was established in February 2007 with the aim of working alongside a small number of select financial services clients seeking independent ideas and strategic advice. We specialise in advising fund distribution platforms and asset managers.
Current projects include advising India's Tata Asset Management and Citi First Funds International on their European distribution strategies. In April 2008, Tata announced their tie-up with New Star, an introduction made by HM Consulting. In 2007 Holly co-authored "The UK Fund Platform Report" with Lipper FERI – a repeat report will be published in Q109. In October 2008 she arranged and chaired the second Platforum Conference with Cicero Consulting. HM Consulting's most recent project is the launch of The Platforum, a fund platform news, information and networking hub which can be seen at www.theplatforum.com.
